Talent & Coach Partners is a Human Resources firm, founded in March 2012, specialising in the areas of Recruitment, Education and Coaching. Its partners have more than twenty years of experience in Human Resources Management, Recruitment Consultancy and Career Development.

Team

Quico Cerdá: LLB by Universidad de Valencia (Valencia, Spain), LLM and MBA by IE Business School. For six years (1991–1997) appointed the first full-time Director of Law and Tax programs at IE. From September 1997 to late 2000, HR Manager at Ernst&Young Legal and Tax. For the last eleven years (until March 2012), Quico managed the Careers Management Centre at IE Business School as Director of this Department.

María de Carlos: BA in Translation and Interpretation, by Universidad Pontificia Comillas, ICAI/ICADE (Madrid, Spain). English Sworn Translator and MBA by IE Business School. For seven years (2002-2009) member of the Careers Management Centre at IE as Associate Director and Director of International Development. The last two years at IE Business School, María managed the International MBA as Executive Director of MBA Programs (2009-2011).

Rosalía Rodríguez: Graduated in Computer Science by Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, Madrid. Certified Executive Coach by IE Business School. More than 20 years of experience as member of the Careers Management Centre at IE. The last five years (2012-2017) she worked as Director of Recruiter Relations and Director of Ibero-American Markets (2011-2018).
